St Peter’s Hall was attached to the former St Peter’s Church on Smithfield Road, Wrexham. The church closed in the late 1980’s. The hall was leased by Caia Park Community Council who ran it as a centre for the local community. In late 2018, they terminated the lease and the hall reverted to the Anglican Churches of Wrexham, that is the
Mission Area.
It continues to serve as a community centre and plays host to a number of Morris Dancing groups, a dog training session as well as occasional church events. A lunch club is hoped to begin shortly run by our partners across the road at Rock Chapel.
The hall is available for hire for an hourly rate of £10.00. It has a small but usable kitchen and recently refurbished toilets to include a fully accessible facility. It is suitable for parties, meetings and clubs and societies of all kinds. Flip charts, projectors, screens etc can be made available as can contacts for catering purposes.
